- 2 cups So Good Soy Barista Beverage
- 3 tbs instant coffee
- 3 tbs sugar
- 3 tbs water
- 1 cup of ice
Method:
Step 1
Add water, instant coffee powder and sugar in a bowl.
Step 2
Beat the mixture vigorously until it is light and fluffy
Step 3
Split the ice between 2 glasses
Step 4
Pour So Good Soy over the ice
Step 5
Top the glass with whipped coffee
Step 6
Mix well and serve, delicimo!
